We Demand

That the Port of New Orleans stop harboring and/or providing any docking services to any U.S. or international ships carrying any weapons, weapon components, ammunition, vehicles, vehicle parts, fuel, and/or any movables used for military purposes to the State of Israel.
That the Port of New Orleans stop doing business with shipping and logistics company A.P. Møller-Mærsk until it commits to disengage from the provision of any shipping and logistics services linked to the manufacturing and shipment of weapons between the United States and the State of Israel.
That the Port of New Orleans Board of Commissioners publicly retract its signature from the Letter of Intent to establish an Innovation Embassy between the Port of New Orleans and the Port of Ashdod.
That the Port of New Orleans Board of Commissioners petition or demand that the Louisiana Governor & the Louisiana Legislature repeal Executive Order JBE 2018 – 15 and La. R.S. 39:1602.1, which prohibit any state agency from contracting or engaging in business with entities that boycott the State of Israel, and that the Louisiana Governor & the Louisiana Legislature repeal the aforementioned Order and Statute.
